GRAPHICS:
Creating Graphs:
A Chart:
A chart is an information presented in form of table, graph or diagram. A chart is also a representation of information on a worksheet in a graphical form
Graph:
A graph is a drawing that uses a line or lines to show how two or more set of measurement are related to each other. In excel, graphs are called chart.

                 Parts Of Excel Chart:
There are three (3) major part of a chart in excel. These parts are
1    1.     Data Series: is a set of value in a row or column. Every chart must have at least one data series
2   2. Legends: are used to identify data series and division within a chart. Legend is also known as chart keys.
3    3.      Axis:  Each chart must use an axis.

There are two axis:
X- axis (Horizontal axis)
Y- axis (Vertical axis)
Type Of Charts (Graph):
1     1.   Line Chart
2     2 Histogram / Column chart
3      3.   Pie Chart / Doughnut chart
4     4.     Bar Chart
5     5    Area Chart
6    6. X Y Scatter chart / Bubble chart
7    7.   Combo chart
8    8.     Pivot chart
9   9,    Stock / Surface / Rader chart

Creating Graph:

To Create Graphical Chart:

                                            i.            Enter the data for the chart on the worksheet.
                                          ii.            Select the data and choose its type of chart you want to use.
                                        iii.            Click on insert tab and click on chart group / wizard.
                                        iv.            Click select the design chart type.
                                          v.            Select the chart sub-type you desire.
Line Graph;
Line graph are used to display content data over time, such as monthly temperature
 Creating A Line Graph;
                                i.            -Select the data to be used for the graph
                              ii.            -Click on the insert menu
                            iii.            -Select the line graph from the chart group
                            iv.            -Select the graph layout that you want
            Histogram:
Histogram is used for illustrating comparism among items
Creating a Histogram
                                i.            Select the data to be used for the graph
                              ii.            Click on the insert menu
                            iii.            Select the column graph type from the chart group
                            iv.            Select the graph layout you want

Pie chart
Pie chart is also called circle graph, pie chart are used to chart only one variable at a time and to show percentage.
Creating a Pie Chart
                                            i.            Highlight the data to be used for the graph
                                          ii.            Click on insert menu
                                        iii.            Select the pie chart from the group
                                        iv.            Select the graph layout you want
              Bar Chart
                                            i.            Highlight the data to be used for the graph.
                                          ii.            Click on insert.
                                        iii.            Select the bar graph for the chart
 Legend
A legend is a label that can be added to a chart to provide useful information, Colour, Codes and so on.
To add a data label or legend to a chart
                                            i.            Right click the drawn chart
                                          ii.            Click on add date and label.
